Volunteer helpers at the German-Austrian border crossing point Wegscheid. In November thousands of people are pressing to cross the border into Germany. The politicians appear to be overwhelmed, attempt to justify organizational failure. From the helpers in Wegscheid there is no talk about being overwhelmed, they simply tackle the problem. They prevent the situation from escalating. They do not question the fact that the refugees are coming. They believe it is human to limit the chaos and to provide for the people.
