“Seeking Refuge” is a series of five short animated documentaries. They portray the life-stories of young people who are seeking asylum in Great Britain. The visually powerful films provide an insight into the world of experience of nine to sixteen-year-olds – told by themselves. Each film is a story of flight. All of them had to leave their home country and see themselves confronted with new challenges in Great Britain. The films tell the stories of persecution, isolation and foreignness.
