Content
The relatively unsuccessful football club of a village in Lower Austria wins league honours thanks to the efforts of three talented black African applicants for political asylum. The existing prejudices of the residents are humorously dispelled. When one of the new football heroes receives notice that he is to be deported, the villagers are ready to stand up for their “Black Lion”. A human and political drama develops. Based on the true story of a Nigerian applicant for political asylum.
