Ruslan Gubajdulin is a Russian-German. Five years ago he came to Germany with his family. In Kazakhstan, he was a member of the national swimming team. Ruslan knows Germany from earlier competitions. Through sport he quickly feels at home in his new surroundings. Nevertheless, it is not easy for him. Ruslan purposefully learns the German language and makes it into the Baden- Württemberg swimming squad. For Ruslan, sport is the bridge between Kazakhstan and Germany.
