Ali Gullali manages to flee from an Afghan torture prison. The traumatic experiences leave deep traces. Victims of war and torture are not deported in Austria, even if they have entered the country via a safe third country. After a new EU ordinance comes into force, it is even planned to make it possible to deport traumatized people from crisis areas.
